About This Property:

*Guests will have the entire lodge to themselves!* All bedrooms are designed like hotel rooms, with private baths and private entrances. The lodge can accommodate up to 18 guests.

Kitchen:
Gourmet kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances, a fully sized ice maker, 2 dishwashers. All cookware, glassware and basic spices are provided for every occasion. Bar seating and ample counter space for preparing everything from family pancake breakfast to Thanksgiving meals.

What's Provided:
We like to think of ourselves as a 'home away from home', supplying all the things you need for a memorable stay with friends, family and/or colleagues.

-All towels and linens, a variety of tea and cooking basics
-Toilet paper and paper towel rolls
-Liquid soap at all sinks. Please bring your preferred toiletries.
-A house hairdryer is available for use.

-Enclosed, covered dining and entertaining area with a lobster/steamer cooker and outdoor seating.
-The spacious great room has an enormous stone fireplace

-Huge covered deck! This deck has a large propane BBQ with bar seating, meal prep space and numerous sitting areas for gathering and enjoying views of the pool and peeks of the ocean.

How do I book a property?

Simply search your destination and dates, select your preferred property, and click “Book Now.” You’ll receive a confirmation email once your reservation is complete.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes! Most of our properties offer flexible cancellation policies, if canceled 60 days prior to arrival. Within 60 days, we offer refunds if the property re-books.

What’s included in the rental?

All properties come fully furnished with essentials like linens, towels, high speed Wi-Fi, kitchen basics, coffee makers and grills. Some include extras like jetted tubs, kayaks, paddleboards, canoe(s) or beach gear — check each listing for full details.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Most properties require a 7-night minimum stay with a Saturday turnover day during the peak summer season. Other times of year, there are 2–3 night minimums. Exceptions can sometimes be made for last minute bookings.

How do I check in and out?

Most rentals offer self-check-in with a lockbox or smart lock. You’ll receive access instructions via email prior to your arrival.
